Payment and Billing

What kind of payment do you accept?

Triangle Badminton and Table Tennis club  accepts payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards.  Alternatively, you may use Google Checkout ,Paypal or Apple Pay to make your payment. We do not accept COD order, cash, or personal checks. During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.

Do I have to pay Sales Tax?

You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our retail store in North Carolina.

I have a question on my charge.

Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. Shipping

When my order will be shipped?

We process and dispatch all orders 5 days a week excluding national holiday and weekends. If order is placed on weekends, it will be processed in following working day. We normally ship package with a "waiver of signature" option. Waiver of signature is initiated by the Sender and authorizes delivery of mail at the letter carrier's discretion without obtaining the recipient's signature. If you need it to be delivered with signature requirement, please let us know by email or phone before shipment. 

How much is shipping?:

Orders over $99 will have free shipping. Orders under $99 will be charged with a lower shipping rate from carrier to anywhere in the United States.

Do you ship internationally?

Please contact us directly via phone or email for a shipping quote if you need more information.

Where is my order shipped from?

All orders are shipped from our store located in 2900 Perimeter Park, Suite# 200, Morrisville, NC 27560.

How long it will take to receive my order?

The delivery time varies.  It will normally takes 2-5 working days depending on your regions. For expedited shipping options, please contact us at order@trianglebtt.com when placing an order.

Can I track my order?

I did not receive my package. What can I do?

If you did not require your signature during your package delivery, Triangle Badminton and Table Tennis Club will not be liable for all lost packages delivered with no presence of recipients or was left at the front door by the courier. To make sure parcels are delivered to you even without requiring your signatures, please make sure that you are present in your shipping address during the time of delivery. Your parcel tracking status will be updated from time to time to keep you posted on your package delivery status.

 

Returns, Refunds and Warranty

Triangle Badminton and Table Tennis Club offers a 30-days conditional return policy for all of its products. Any "unused" products may be returned, subject to a 15% restocking fee, less shipping charges, within 30 days of the order completion date. For all returns, the customer must contact us at order@trianglebtt.com within the 30 day period, from the order completion date, for detailed instructions and also to receive a return authorization code. If an item is determined defective, it can be exchanged or returned for a replacement item or a refund. If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery from Triangle Badminton and Table Tennis Club’s side - we offer 100% refund. You must let us know about that within 1 hr of product delivery.

What is return procedure?

For returns, please email order@trianglebtt.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return. We will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations. When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund. If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after. 

Can I return unwrapped package?Rackets - Manufacturer plastic wrap on handle is not tampered, all stickers and tags are still in place as it was when new, must include original cover. If racket was requested to be strung by Triangle Badminton and Table Tennis Club, it is considered a customized racket and is not eligible for return or exchange. If racket was ordered to be unstrung but was strung by a third-party, the racket is considered used and not eligible for return. Rackets pre-strung from the manufacturer are eligible for return if the manufacturer plastic wrap is still intact with handle and strings must show no sign of wear and tear or usage

Custom String Rackets:* We do not offer any warranty on any restringing services, as strings wear down from usage.* We are not responsible for any damage or shipping mishaps that might occur while your racket is on its way to us, we recommend using a shipping carrier with tracking and adding insurance.

Shuttlecocks 
- Opened tubes of shuttles cannot be returned. Once received, Triangle Badminton and Table Tennis Club may charge 15% restocking fee if returned in not sellable condition.

Shoes - Must be unworn in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for return. Once received, Triangle Badminton and Table Tennis Club may charge 15% restocking fee if returned in not sellable condition.

Clearance or Close-out items - All clearance or close-out items are final sale. Therefore, it is not eligible for exchanges or returns. SOLD-AS-IS without any warranty from the manufacturer.

All other items - must remain in new condition, with original packaging, unopened, and with all tags and/or stickers intact. Once received, Triangle Badminton and Table Tennis Club may charge 15% restocking fee if returned in not sellable condition.

Can I return customized order?If racket was requested to be strung by Triangle Badminton and Table Tennis Club, it is considered a customized racket and is not eligible for return or exchange. If racket was ordered to be unstrung but was strung by a third-party, the racket is considered used and not eligible for return. Rackets pre-strung from the manufacturer are eligible for return if the manufacturer plastic wrap is still intact with handle and strings must show no sign of wear and tear or usage. Is there Warranty on my purchase?Yonex Rackets-- Triangle Badminton and Table Tennis Club is Authorized Yonex US dealer. For all Yonex Badminton Rackets,Yonex provides a 1 year Manufacturer Warranty for all Rackets purchased via Triangle Badminton and Table Tennis Club. This warranty covers Manufacturer defects only and does not cover accidental damage. As such, it is NOT 100% guaranteed that a claim will yield a new Racket. For situations where Yonex decides that a racket has a Manufacturer defect, Yonex will provide a new racket (frame only).  Triangle Badminton and Table Tennis Club will ship the racket to Yonex USA if the racket is purchased from us. Please do not cut the string as this voids all warranty. The entire process usually takes approximately 3-4 months.  Triangle Badminton and Table Tennis Club will try our best to process this warranty procedure as fast as we can.

 

What is Warranty Procedure?

1. For warranty claim request, contact by sending an email to order@trianglebtt.com.

2. To claim for warranty, Yonex USA requires the customer to contact the dealer where they purchased the racket from. If you purchased the racket from Triangle Badminton and Table Tennis Club, please send the racket to us along with $20.00 processing fee payment - this fee is non-refundable.

3. Without cutting or removing the strings from the racket, please ship the package to the address below. Please make sure to write your order # outside the box. It is recommended to use a courier with a tracking number. Triangle Badminton and Table Tennis Club is not responsible for any damages for the package while in transit. Triangle Badminton and Table Tennis Club Attn: Warranty 2900 Perimeter Park Dr, #200 Morrisville NC 27560 

4. Trianglebtt.com will notify you that your item has been received and will submit your racket to the manufacturer for a warranty claim.

5. Your warranty will be processed within 3-4 months upon receipt of the package. This includes the time it takes to ship the racket to the manufacturer as well as the manufacturer inspecting the racket.

6.If your claim is granted and a replacement racket is issued, shipping back to you as well as any string + stringing will all incur additional charges. Please speak to Trianglebtt.com rep for more details after your claim has been approved by the manufacturer.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
